We take pride in maintaining accurate inventory on our Website to serve you better. In rare cases of stock discrepancies, we may be unable to fulfill all items in your order. We will ship available products and reach out to offer you the choice of waiting for restocked items or receiving a prompt refund for unavailable items. 

2. Shipping Costs

3. Your Health Our Priority Promise Returns

Under our Your Health Our Priority Promise, Justrite Pharmacy honors valid warranty claims submitted within 5 days of item receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Upon receiving returned items, we process claims within 4 business days.  Approved claims offer:

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Deliveries within Lagos typically arrive within 24–36 hours, ensuring you receive your health essentials quickly.  

4.2 Order Fulfillment

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (WAT) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day for Lagos deliveries. Our stores operate Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:30 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, including select public holidays. 

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Address changes are accepted only before dispatch. Contact our Customer Service Team to update your delivery details.  

4.4 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer the choice of waiting for us to source and deliver the item within 24-36 hours or receiving a prompt refund for the unavailable item. If you choose a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method or Justrite Pharmacy Wellness Wallet, as preferred, and ship the rest of your order to minimize delays. If the item remains unavailable after 24-36 hours and you choose to wait, we will issue a full refund and may offer Wellness Wallet credit or loyalty points as a gesture of appreciation for your patience.

4.5 Delayed Deliveries

5. Tracking Notifications

Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications (e.g., controlled drugs, certain antibiotics, and other medications restricted to prescription-only dispensing due to safety or regulatory requirements) ordered online cannot be returned under any circumstances.

STEP 1: Receive Product from Dispatch

Receive your ordered products from our dispatch officer. 

STEP 2: Examine Product for Correctness

Carefully inspect your product(s) to ensure they match your order specifications and expectations. 

Under our Your Health Our Priority Promise, Justrite Pharmacy provides refunds in accordance with Consumer Law when proof of purchase is provided, under the following circumstances: 

  • Goods are faulty
  • Goods do not match the store’s description
  • Goods are unfit for their intended purpose
  • Goods fail to meet a reasonable standard of quality, as determined by visual inspection, packaging condition, or comparison with manufacturer specifications and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC guidelines). Products do not need to be opened or used to assess quality; issues such as damaged packaging, visible defects, or improper labeling may indicate substandard quality.
  • Goods were expired at the time of purchase or had insufficient time remaining for reasonable use

Customers are not entitled to a refund if:

  • They found the item cheaper elsewhere

STEP 4: Arrange Return Pick-Up and Verification

Upon approval of your return request, Justrite Pharmacy will arrange for a courier to pick up the returnable item(s) from the delivery address provided in your order. If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty goods, incorrect items shipped, or expired products), Justrite Pharmacy will cover the return shipping costs. For other eligible returns (e.g., goods unfit for their intended purpose or failing to meet quality standards due to manufacturer issues), customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. At the time of pick-up, our courier will conduct a preliminary verification of the grounds for return (e.g., checking for visible damage, incorrect items, or expiry dates) to ensure the item matches the submitted return reason. You will be notified via email or SMS to confirm the pick-up schedule, typically within 2 business days of request approval. If you requested a replacement and the item is available, we will dispatch the replacement within 24-36 hours of receiving and verifying the returned item. If you requested a refund or Wellness Wallet credit, processing will proceed to the next step upon verification.

STEP 5: Refund or Replacement Processed

Once the returned item is received and the grounds for return are fully verified by our quality assurance team, Justrite Pharmacy will process your chosen resolution within 4 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or Wellness Wallet, as selected. If a replacement was chosen and the item is available, it will be dispatched with no additional shipping cost for the replacement delivery. Unavailable Stock? If an ordered item is unavailable, we’ll source and deliver it within 24–36 hours. If it remains unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund and offer Wellness Wallet credit or loyalty points to thank you for your patience. We apologize for any inconvenience.
